SHIPPING FEES

The shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process. Please select your delivery location so the system can calculate the most accurate shipping cost for you.

The shipping fee will be included in your final invoice, and you, as the buyer, are responsible for paying this fee.

If your invoice does not show a shipping fee, it means your order qualifies for free shipping. You will not need to pay any additional shipping costs beyond the product price.

ORDER SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the time your payment is processed, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase or you receive an email notification that one or more items in your order are delayed. Any estimated delivery dates provided are approximate.

Orders may be delayed due to verification or processing time and may be shipped in separate batches. All purchases made through zingmove.com are subject to a shipping contract, meaning that the risk of loss and ownership of the goods will transfer to the carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

A complete and accurate shipping address is required. Once your order is prepared for shipment or has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you or your agent, we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue. The package will be resent with an additional shipping fee.

You must provide a valid phone number for all orders. Sometimes, packages returned to Zingmove are undeliverable. When a package is returned to Zingmove as undeliverable, please contact us to arrange for reshipment.

Orders within Vietnam

Most orders on zingmove.com will be processed and shipped directly from Zingmove’s distribution centers in Ho Chi Minh City.

Orders outside Vietnam

Most international orders will be processed and shipped directly from Zingmove’s distribution center in Ho Chi Minh City.

DELIVERY TIME

When you place an order on zingmove.com, you will receive an email notification with your shipping information. Please check your email regularly.

You can also track your shipment status using the provided tracking number.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Products shipped via standard shipping usually arrive within 3-5 business days after the order is received.
