a) Order Placement Process for Customers
When you want to make a purchase on zingmove.com, kindly follow these steps:

In-store pickup: You can visit one of our stores to inspect and collect the product directly.
Local Delivery (within 10 km of a Zingmove store): Delivery will be made within 24 hours.
Long-Distance Delivery (over 10 km): Delivery will take approximately 3 to 5 days.
c) Order Cancellation Process

d) Warranty / Return & Exchange Process

Step 3: Make payment by cash, domestic ATM card, or credit card, and receive your product.
Method 2: Cash on Delivery (COD – pay upon delivery)

Step 2: Confirm your order via phone, message, or email.
Step 3: Verify your information.
Step 4: We deliver the product to your address.
Step 5: You receive the product and make payment by cash, domestic ATM card, or credit card.
Method 3: Online Payment via Credit Card or Bank Transfer
Currently, Zingmove does not offer online ordering services.
All purchases are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD).
If you buy from Zingmove, you are required to follow our official payment policies.
