WARRANTY POLICY

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

a) Your product will be covered by a free warranty if it meets all the following conditions:

The product has a technical defect caused by the manufacturer.

The warranty period shown on your warranty card is still valid.

The warranty card is intact, without any repairs, erasures, alterations, or stains (if applicable).

The warranty card contains complete information, including product code, serial number, manufacturing date, customer name, address, and purchase date (for products that do not use electronic warranty).

The manufacturer’s warranty seal and product seal (if any) remain intact on the product.

b) Your product will not be covered by warranty, or warranty fees will apply if any of the following conditions occur:

The product does not meet one or more warranty conditions stated in section a.

The product’s serial number or model does not match the warranty card.

The product is damaged due to user error or damage outside the manufacturer’s warranty coverage.

c) Warranty Period

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY APPLICATION METHODS

a) Warranty Location

The warranty service location is indicated on the warranty card that comes with your product. Please contact the Manufacturer’s or Distributor’s Warranty Center directly using the information provided on your warranty card.

b) Warranty Processing Time

In all cases, the warranty processing time depends on the policy and/or the availability of replacement parts or products at the Warranty Center. You will be informed specifically about the time (i) when the Warranty Center receives your product if you bring it directly to the center, or (ii) as soon as Zingmove receives the notification of the warranty processing time if you request warranty service via our hotline.

In any case, Zingmove is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur if you do not follow the instructions outlined in this Warranty Policy.
